Allow me, if you will, to start right off by saying that this will hopefully be rather different from many of the real estate websites you've come across.  The goal in developing this project is to forge an interactive relationship where you & I get to know one another a bit, allowing me to effectively provide the best results for you.  I've found over the years that this approach makes for effective home buying & selling in Bucks County, PA.

OK ~ On the following pages are groupings of various "things to consider" that I've come across over the years.  Through experience, trial & error, and dogged persistence I've learned that there are often no simple answers.  By this I mean, there's often a "Part Two", "An However" or my perennial favorite "Didn't I Mention ..." within most topics of inquiry and many people stop before they get to it.

In keeping with the above, consider something that is SO basic to your goals that it's not even a conscious thought for you ... something you wouldn't think to bring up because it seems to be just SO obvious ... to you.

A simple analogy that comes to mind is ... Let's say you're in a discussion about bananas & how best to enjoy them, isn't it generally "Left Out" that you need to peel them first?  Sounds basic & like common knowledge, right? 

That's where one of the distinctions is found when working with me ... I don't stop until I get beyond that "Part Two"  and arrive at the result that is as close to your goals as possible.  You'll never hear me say, "Didn't I Mention ..."

Well, that's the idea here ~ for me to provide as much information to you, as you need, often prompting something you perhaps hadn't thought of nor considered as an option:
{Some of the information or questions may range from the seemingly basic to the overtly detailed and pedantic ... it's important however, as the devil is in the details}

Along with the above, it's important that you ask for what you need and provide me with the details regarding your goals, when the timing is right.  This goes well beyond how many bedrooms and what size the yard is!

The sometimes annoying commercial phrase of:
" ... an educated consumer is our best customer ..." applies here reciprocally.
          We need to educate/inform each other in order to work together effectively.
